Free delivery on EVERY order!

All in-stock items are shipped from our Manchester warehouse by 3pm each day (Monday to Saturday).

Sunday orders are shipped out the next business day.

We ship all orders out by Courier or First Class Recorded Delivery. The actual method (courier or post) depends on the size of the order and your specific location.

All orders booked after 3pm will be shipped the following day by 1st class recorded delivery.

You also have the option to upgrade your shipment to GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY (available throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe – at an additional cost)

 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Nanostate.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and nanostate.co.uk is not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Nanostate or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Nanostate.

Returns

We believe that you will be more than delighted with your product but there may be a very rare occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. So We have kept it simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will try to attend to your return within 3 business days.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.

 

Product Not Wanted

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with Nanostate.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days,  having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty Products

We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.

Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us

 

Unwanted Products - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order.

If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number:

by email at customerservices@nanostate.co.uk ; or

by telephone on 0161 768 0321; or

by post to our Returns Address.  

We will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.

Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund any specific delivery charges that you incurred for that item over and above our Standard Delivery rate.

where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the Standard Delivery charge incurred.

where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

We will not refund the cost of gift-wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (eg. Express Delivery) UNLESS you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is defective) under our 14-day Money-back Policy above.Unwanted Products

In addition, certain other products are also exempt from our 14-day Money Back Policy above; these products will be clearly marked on their respective product pages. In the case of these items, the returns period is limited to seven working days following the day of receipt as per the right to cancel under the DSRs above and you shall be responsible for the cost of return.

 

Lost packages

Even though packages are sent via royal mail recorded delivery, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Nanostate.

 

Delivery address

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
